Privacy Policy

Fisclear is operated by Reach Solutions FZE LLC, a company registered in the Sharjah Free Zone, UAE. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or early-access list via the sign-up form. This is the only personal data we collect directly.

Usage data — we may collect anonymised analytics such as pages visited and features used to improve the Service. This data is not linked to your identity.

Portfolio data — holdings you enter in the Portfolio tool are stored in your browser's local storage by default. If you create an account, holdings may be synced to our secure database.

Watchlist data — tickers you save to your watchlist are stored in our database linked to your account (if signed in) or local storage (if not).

• Email address — to send product updates, launch announcements, and (with consent) a weekly digest. We do not sell or rent your email address to third parties.
• Usage analytics — to understand how the Service is used and prioritise improvements.
• Portfolio / watchlist data — solely to provide you with the features you have requested. We do not use your holdings data for advertising or share it with third parties.

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Supabase — database and authentication (servers in the EU/US). Privacy policy
• Vercel — hosting and edge network. Privacy policy
• Yahoo Finance, SEC EDGAR, FRED — public market data APIs. No personal data is sent to these services.

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or social login providers.

Fisclear uses browser local storage to save your portfolio holdings and watchlist on your device. No advertising cookies are set. Session cookies may be set for authentication purposes if you sign in.

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Portfolio and watchlist data linked to an account is retained until you delete your account. Local storage data is controlled entirely by you — clear your browser data to remove it.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Withdraw consent for email communications at any time (unsubscribe link in every email)
• Lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), database row-level security, and limited access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
