By accessing or using Fisclear ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Fisclear is an informational tool only. Nothing on this site — including AI-generated summaries, portfolio analytics, macro data, market heatmaps, backtests, rebalance suggestions, sentiment gauges, moving-average signals, or crude oil price trend indicators — constitutes financial, investment, commodity trading, tax, or legal advice.

Data is sourced from public filings (SEC EDGAR), market data providers (Yahoo Finance, Federal Reserve FRED, MAS, SingStat, World Bank), and AI language models. All data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. Market price data from Yahoo Finance may be delayed by up to 15–20 minutes. Macro data from FRED and OECD may lag by weeks to months depending on the series. Past performance displayed is hypothetical and not indicative of future results.

You should consult a qualified financial adviser, accountant, or attorney before making any investment or financial decision. Reach Solutions FZE LLC accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided by the Service.

Fisclear displays a number of computed indicators including, but not limited to: moving-average comparisons (SMA), market sentiment scores, forex divergence signals, macro gap scores, and crude oil price trend analysis intended to assist in understanding fuel price direction.

These are descriptive indicators, not predictions. They are derived from historical and publicly available data using standard mathematical methods. They do not account for geopolitical events, supply shocks, currency fluctuations, retail margin decisions, taxation, regulatory changes, or other factors that materially affect real-world prices.

In particular, the crude oil SMA comparison displayed on the Macro page is intended to show historical average price trends. Actual pump prices are set by retailers, distributors, and governments and are subject to factors not captured by this tool. Reach Solutions FZE LLC makes no representation that any indicator will predict future prices, returns, or market movements.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Systematically scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

All content, design, software, and trademarks on this site are owned by or licensed to Reach Solutions FZE LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Data sourced from third parties (SEC EDGAR, Federal Reserve, Yahoo Finance, etc.) remains the property of those respective organisations and is subject to their own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reach Solutions FZE LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you have paid nothing).

The Service may link to or embed data from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties. Links do not imply endorsement.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.
